Faraway: Now in Pre-Alpha!
Faraway, my first game development project and kids virtual world, is now in pre-alpha!

Faraway is a multimedia game development project, and my most ambitious creation to date. I learned 2 different sets of software (GDevelop 5, Toon Boom Harmony) over the course of 9 months to bring Faraway to its current Pre-Alpha stage.
In Farway, users play as the mystical jackalope: an antlered rabbit urban legend. Customize your avatar with 5 different colors and 2 different pattern types, then explore the world of Faraway in whatever way seems fit- in Faraway, it's all up to you!

Early concept art, exploring anatomy and different jackalope ages/"stages".
Each area of Faraway has their own unique flora and fauna, such as the purple citrines of the Citrine Coast.
Final sketches/concept art.
Swing birds are a unique species of bird, found only in the trees of the Wystic Woods.
All of the GUI assets for Faraway were hand-drawn in Clip Studio Paint.
Key art for the opening window that appears upon spawning into the game.

"Tales of Scuba Steve: Isfjell Point" is the second title in the award-winning series.
